We see a lot of conveyancer quotes, so many of which are really difficult to decipher or compare. Many are composed in MS Word with Excel tables, pages of text, dozens of attachments, terms of business, questionnaires and the like. What is a disbursement? What is +VAT or inc VAT?
Quotes should be straight forward, transparent and easy to read with a simple call to action preferably with an 'accept this quote' button.
