Once the form has been received by the team at Market insights, an invoice will be raised for the full amount and sent to the point of contact you have provided above. Invoices are required to be paid in full next working day following order placement. Reports will be booked in with our team to be commissioned as soon as funds have cleared.
Reports will be distributed upon completion to the name and email address provided in this form and to Carton & Co, unless you have opted out.
Firms will not be provided with the time or date that mystery shopping is likely to happen.
